Why should I use Crown & Co?

We put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Unlike many resellers, we believe the experience should be just as exceptional as the timepiece itself.

Our service doesn’t end once you’ve made your payment. We’ll be there throughout the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way and remaining available even after your watch has been delivered.

Your trust, satisfaction and peace of mind will always be our priority.

What sets you apart?

Unlike 99% of resellers, we don’t ship your watch directly from the factory to your door. Instead, every watch is sent to our vetting facility, where it is carefully inspected to ensure everything is exactly as it should be.

Once it passes our checks, we’ll send you a detailed video of your actual watch for you to review. Only when you’re completely happy and give us the go-ahead will your watch be securely packaged and dispatched to you.

Are your watches Superclones or AAA+?

We exclusively source high-quality superclones and don’t offer lower-tier AAA+ models. In our experience, the term “AAA+” is often overused in the market, with quality varying significantly between suppliers.

Our focus is on sourcing higher-grade pieces with better finishing, materials and attention to detail, rather than simply offering cheaper alternatives that may fall short of expectations.

How long does shipping take?

From the moment you place your order, we aim to have your timepiece delivered within 7–14 days, depending on whether it’s currently in stock or needs to be specially ordered. Whatever the case, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way, from purchase and inspection through to final dispatch and delivery.
